This is your exclusive private tour—your driver and tour guide will greet you right at Zhangjiajie West Railway Station (after your train from Changsha) and accompany you throughout the day!

The highlight? Breathtaking Tianmen Mountain scenery at every turn: Take a 28-minute cable car to the mountaintop, soaking in sweeping views as you rise. Stand at Yunmengxian Peak (the highest point) for a panoramic overlook of Zhangjiajie’s stunning landscapes, then explore the West Line’s thrills—like the Glass Plank Road and Suspension Bridge—and the East Line’s scenic spots (e.g., High-Altitude Cloud Corridor) with distant views of Tianmen Cave. You can even choose to walk the 999-step “Stairway to Heaven” or take an escalator down to Tianmen Cave.

06:55-08:48:

Train from Changsha Railway Station to Zhangjiajie West Railway Station, upon your arrival in Zhangjiajie, the driver and tour guide will meet you at the exit of the station.

08:50-10:30

The tour guide and driver will pick you up at the Zhangjiajie West Railway Station Then proceed to the Lower Station of Tianmen Mountain Cableway, take the approximately 28-minute cable car ride to the mountaintop, enjoying the spectacular scenery along the way. After arrival, visit Yunmengxian Peak, the highest point, for a panoramic view of Zhangjiajie.

10:30-12:30

Visit the core attractions of the West Line: Lingxiao Platform, Glass Plank Road, Guigu Plank Road, Suspension Bridge, Guigu Cave Viewing Platform, etc. Then arrive at Tianmen Mountain Temple for a short rest and to replenish energy.

12:30-14:00

Continue touring the East Line, passing by viewing platforms such as Wood-Stone Affinity and High-Altitude Cloud Corridor, with distant views of Tianmen Cave and Tongtian Avenue. Then take the 7-section through-mountain escalator down to the Tianmen Cave area and visit Tianmen Cave (you can choose to walk down the 999-step “Stairway to Heaven” or take the escalator).

14:00-14:30

Take the scenic area shuttle bus from the mountain gate back to the Lower Station of Tianmen Mountain Cableway in the urban area.

15:00–16:00: The driver and tour guide will take you back to Zhangjiajiexi railway station to conclude the tour. (If you wish to leave a bit later, you can consult the customer service.)
