Day 01 :

[16:30] Your driver and guide will pick you up at your hotel, and your journey will begin in a private air-conditioned vehicle.

[17:00] First stop: Guanyin Bridge Commercial District. The driver will park near the “I’m in Chongqing” billboard—you can take photos with this iconic Chongqing landmark from the roadside or pedestrian overpass.

[17:45] Walk to Guanyin Bridge Food Street, where a variety of local delicacies await. Your guide will recommend specialty snacks based on your preferences and help you order/purchase your chosen foods.

[18:45] Approximately 45-minute drive to Hong’en Temple.

[19:30] Perched atop a hill, Hong’en Temple offers 360° panoramic views of Chongqing. Its unique architectural style and night scenery will make you feel as if you’ve stepped back into ancient China. Capture stunning viral-worthy photos here, while your guide shares the temple’s historical stories.

[20:10] Walk to Hong’en Pavilion to watch intangible cultural heritage performances (randomly featured, such as fire iron flower shows, face-changing, fire-breathing, etc.). After the show, stroll near Taoran Ju, where you can buy your favorite snacks or drinks.

[21:10] 20-minute drive to Grand Theatre Metro Station.

[21:45] Get off and walk to Jiangtan Park, where you can admire the full view of Hongyadong and take photos with this iconic Chongqing landmark.

[22:00] Your guide and driver will conclude their services for the day.

You can choose how to end this wonderful day:

Take a leisurely walk along Binjiang Park, then return to your hotel independently (Hongyadong’s lights turn off at 20:30 in winter and 23:00 in summer).
The driver and guide will take you back to your hotel immediately.
