Step 3: Customer service will notify you of the license plate and waiting time before 23:00 the night before your trip. Step 4: Wait for the driver at the notified time. （If the customer fails to provide passenger information in a timely and accurate manner, resulting in the inability to travel on time, the customer shall bear the relevant losses and consequences by themselves.）

Enjoy private Chengdu hotel pickup with an English-speaking guide, plus a scenic drive to the base. Get volunteer gear, then work with staff: clean enclosures, feed bamboo to pandas, and watch them play up close. After lunch, make panda cakes and learn more via docs or the education center.

End with a ceremony (certificate + souvenir) before returning to Chengdu, heart full of memories

According to the base regulations, if you cancel the package within 6 days, the full payment will not be refunded.

One day :

Panda Keeper（volunteer） for a Day

Itinerary Arrangement

7:00 AM: Gather at your Chengdu hotel, and be picked up by an English-speaking tour guide + private driver

7:00-8:30 AM: Take a vehicle to Dujiangyan / Wolong Panda Base (1.5-hour drive)

Around 8:30 AM: Check in at the base, receive volunteer gear (exclusive T-shirt, gloves); the guide will assist with registration and explain the day’s schedule

9:00-11:30 AM: Participate in panda care work (clean panda enclosures, learn about panda behavior / diet / conservation knowledge, carry bamboo to feed pandas, and observe panda activities up close)

11:30 AM-1:00 PM: Have a staff meal at the base canteen; after lunch, rest or visit the surrounding areas of the base freely

1:00-2:30 PM: Make nutritious panda cakes (made from grains, carrots, and bamboo powder); watch a panda documentary or visit the on-site education center (learn about panda life cycle, rescue work, and conservation progress)

2:30 PM: Attend the closing ceremony and receive the official panda volunteer certificate and souvenir gifts

3:00 PM: Take a vehicle back to Chengdu

Around 4:30 PM: Arrive at your Chengdu hotel, and the trip ends

Whether the final arrangement is to visit Dujiangyan Giant Panda Base or Wolong Giant Panda Base depends on the arrangements made by the scenic spots.
