• Step 1: Please fill in the hotel name and address for pickup and drop – off arrangements.(Free Door-to-Door Pick-up & Drop-off Within Chengdu’s 3rd Ring Road)
• Step 2: After the order is confirmed, we will send the confirmation letter within 2 hours.
• Step 3: Customer service will notify you of the license plate and waiting time before 23:00 the night before your trip.
• Step 4: Wait for the driver at the notified time.

（If the customer fails to provide passenger information in a timely and accurate manner, resulting in the inability to travel on time, the customer shall bear the relevant losses and consequences by themselves.）
