- Cancellation 7–8 days before departure → 50% refund (50% cancellation fee)
- Cancellation 5 days or less before departure → No refund (100% cancellation fee)

Yes. The itinerary includes light walking in parks, gardens, and cultural sites. The Stone Forest has both easy and moderate paths, and Xishuangbanna’s attractions are mostly flat and comfortable to walk.
