CDEBTrip is not liable for delays, losses, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or transportation interruptions.

CDEBTrip acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We carefully select our partners but do not own or operate airlines, hotels, or transportation companies.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tour.
We are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from acts or omissions of third parties, or from circumstances beyond our control.
You are encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation and personal accident coverage.
